Objectives of the Cell

• Intent of this cell is to offer hand-holding support to Wholesale and Retail Traders.

Key Result Areas

• Policy advocacy to provide institutional support to Wholesale and Retail Traders
• Prepare and update a database of all small businesses, traders and related BMOs of the state
• Engage with traders’ BMOs of the state for their grievance redressal
• Enabling timely and smooth issuance and renewal of business licenses
• Engage with leading international & domestic trade councils and other related bodies to provide a platform to small businesses of Haryana to showcase their products and services
• Provide advisory services to small businesses for enhancing their business performance and deal with business disruptions
• Providing handholding and facilitation support to traders in organized and unorganized sector to integrate them with state MSME ecosystem
