Technology Centre for development of General Engineering Sector has been established by Ministry of MSME in Rohtak
Rohtak Technology Centre (TC) has three broad objectives:

  • Skill development to produce highly skilled technical workforce, with greater career prospects in the General Engineering industry

  • Production support to smaller M.S.M.E, tool rooms, OEM’s and their tier I, II & III supplier related to Tools, Dies, Moulds, Precision tools etc.

  • Consultancy and Marketing to existing industries in the region

Certification courses for skill development in the sector have been initiated since September 2019
Production and Consulting components of the technology centre are yet to be operationalized
