Promote holistic development of the MSME sector, including traders, in the state by providing institutional support

Promotion of GoI/GoH schemes & overseeing implementation & monitoring

Facilitate transition of enterprises from the unorganized sector to the mainstream

Engage with all BMOs and trade bodies at the district level

Maintain a directory of district level MSME/traders associations and Business Development Services Providers (BDSPs)

Lead the conduct of surveys of MSMEs related to EoDB and regularly update district level MSME data

Provide monthly reports to HQ on the activities and outcomes of the district office

DMCs will double up as MSME facilitation & advisory offices, providing technical expertise to MSME industrial units

Business Facilitation & Advisory Services

• Engaging with local Industries BMOs, banks/FIs, technical & research institutions
• Handholding MSMEs & providing need-based facilitation support
• On-ground advisory services at district level on creating MSME marketing linkages

Financial Services & Credit Facilitation

• Guidance to applicants on schemes
• Engagement with banks/FIs/NBFCs at the district level and provide loan syndication services to MSMEs
