Name of the scheme	Testing Equipment Assistance Scheme

Description	To ensure “Zero Defect” in the quality of products and make them globally competitive, the State government provided financial assistance to the micro, small and medium enterprises to create testing facilities for testing of raw materials and end products.
Nature of assistance	Financial support of 50% as subsidy or maximum of INR 20 lakh per year for the purchase of testing equipment shall be provided.
Who can apply?	· All micro, small and medium enterprises existing anywhere in the State shall be eligible for financial support to purchase testing equipment. · Eligible enterprises shall comply with following conditions: § The unit shall file Udhyam Memorandum/Haryana Udhyam Memorandum § The unit should not have been placed in the restrictive list of the state government § The unit should have obtained NOC/CLU from Competent Authority, if applicable § The unit should be in commercial production § The unit should be in regular production at the time of disbursement and the subsidy shall not be released to a closed unit. Note: No subsidy shall be admissible on the second-hand Testing Equipment and the equipment shall not be disposed of for 5 years from the date of purchase without approval of the Competent Authority.
How to apply?	Application on prescribed form for the grant of Testing Equipment Assistance along with supporting documents should be submitted to the Director General, MSME on the department’s web portal within 3 months of the purchase of the testing equipment or from the date of notification of the scheme, whichever is later.
