Description	To organize the traditional industries and artisans into clusters in order to make them competitive and provide support for their long- term sustainability.
Nature of assistance	The financial assistance provided for any specific project shall be subject to a maximum of Rs.5 (Five) crore. Regular Clusters (upto 500 artisans)* -Per Cluster Budget Limit -Rs.2.50 crore Major Clusters (more than 500 artisans) -Per Cluster Budget Limit -Rs.5 crore 95%:5% in case of North Eastern Region (NER), J&K and hilly states. (IA/SPV may deposit their share in a phased manner with minimum 25% in a single installment as per the satisfaction of NA.)
Who can apply?	NGOs, Institutions of the Central, State and, Semi-Government Field functionaries of State and Central Govt., Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) Similar agencies as above, with suitable expertise to undertake cluster development.
How to apply?	The eligible agency/ organization has to submit the proposal through SFURTI portal to any of the other designated Nodal Agencies under the scheme (as mentioned in the guidelines and as appointed from time to time) for onward submission to Ministry and Scheme Steering Committee for approval.
