Description | With the objective of promoting Quality Management systems and to increase the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises in terms of quality of products, marketing and exports and provide them an opportunity to enhance their organizational strengths the state government is providing financial assistance for national and international quality certifications. |
Nature of assistance | · ISO/ HACCP/ BSI/ WHO-GMP/ ZED/TS/ Hallmark certifications – 75% reimbursement of the total expenditure incurred for obtaining certification and logistic charges subject to a maximum of Rs. 5 lakhs per certification.
· Country Specific Certifications – 75% reimbursement of the total expenditure incurred for obtaining certification subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakhs per certification, in addition to support being provided by Government of India (should not exceed the total expenditure incurred by the enterprise). |
Who can apply? | · All micro, small and medium enterprises existing anywhere in the State shall be eligible for financial assistance through reimbursement for obtaining quality certifications.
· Eligible enterprises shall comply with following conditions: § The unit shall file Udhyam Memorandum/Haryana Udhyam Memorandum § The unit should not have been placed in the restrictive list of the state government § The unit should have obtained NOC/CLU from Competent Authority, if applicable § The unit should be in commercial production § The unit should be in regular production at the time of reimbursement |
How to apply? | Application on prescribed form for the grant of Quality Certification Assistance along with supporting documents should be submitted to the Director General, MSME on the department’s web portal within 3 months of the date of acquiring the certification or from the date of notification of the scheme, whichever is later. |
