Nature of assistance | · Capital Subsidy
§ General category entrepreneurs: 15% subsidy on the investment made on plant & machinery and building up to maximum of INR 20 Lakh § Women and SC entrepreneurs: 15% subsidy on the investment made on plant & machinery and building up to maximum of INR 25 Lakh · Interest Subsidy § 7% on term loan or maximum up to INR 8 Lakh per year for 7 years · DG Set Subsidy § INR 8,000 per KVA, max. up to 50% of the cost of the DG Set

Who can apply? | · New rural micro enterprises located in ‘B’, ‘C’ & ‘D’ category blocks shall be eligible.
· Eligible enterprises shall comply with following conditions: § The unit shall file Udhyam Registration Certificate/Haryana Udhyam Memorandum § The unit should not have been placed in the restrictive list of the state government § The unit should be in commercial production § The unit should be in regular production at the time of disbursement § The unit shall remain in regular production for a period of 5 years for capital subsidy from date of commercial production § The DG Set should have been purchased on or after the date of commencement of the policy i.e. 01.01.2021 and should be intact and operational for a period of 05 years from the date of purchase § The location of the enterprise must fall under the jurisdiction of the village Panchayat. If need be, a certificate from Sarpanch of the village concerned may be required.
Note: The unit which has obtained subsidy under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), shall not be entitled to avail any benefit under the scheme except DG Set Subsidy. |
How to apply? | Application on prescribed form along with supporting documents should be submitted to the Director General, MSME on the department’s web portal within 3 months from start of commercial production in the case of capital subsidy, within 3 months of closing of financial year for which incentive is being claimed in the case of interest subsidy and within 3 months from date of purchase of DG set for DG Set Subsidy or from the date of notification of the scheme, whichever is later. |
